Looking for 02 Mailing Address19 May 2004 21:56 GMT3
Hi, I've been searching all over the 02 website and I can not find an
address to write to if you want to cancel your contract. The best I
could find was a 0870 number. I would rather do it by letter so its in
writing just in case there is any hassle plus its a lot cheaper.

Are T-Mobile worth a shot?19 May 2004 21:32 GMT8
Gents,
After several happy years with Orange, I've had nothing but trouble with
their network over the last 6 months and have decided to try pastures new
when I get a new phone in the near future.
Orange customer for ten years19 May 2004 20:33 GMT21
I just found my very first Orange bill. Dated 15th May 1994.
The Phone was £255.32, less a £255.32 discount as an old "Rabbit" user.
Talk 60 plan was £25 a month, pro-rata from 9th May.
All +VAT of course.
Unlocking 333019 May 2004 19:44 GMT5
I've got 3 3330's I want to unlock. From the posts on this group previously
I've seen that some websites offer to do it for anout £5. They gave the
impression that they just use your IMEI number to calculate an unlock code
and then the customer simply types this into the phone ...

Does the Siemens A60 come with a mains charger as standard?
Daft question perhaps, but my wife is looking to buy one and every
advert she's seen doesn't mention a charger.

New phone - 6230 or T630?19 May 2004 19:13 GMT7
I am in the market for a new phone. I know that many people are anti Nokia
but I quite fancied the 6230 as I have always had Nokia without too much
hassle (I had to get my 8310 replaced once). Another option is the SE T630
which has a nice screen size.
Tmobile "Deposit" Outrage!19 May 2004 18:51 GMT3
Went online the other night to the official TMobile site and ordered a SL55
on Everyone 100.  Credit check went through ok, but I got a call this
morning telling me that I had to pay £100 deposit before they would give me
the phone, and that the deposit would be refunded after 3 or ...
Forward Cellular19 May 2004 15:57 GMT5
Are they known for not replying to emails, not answering phone calls and
providing no indication about what the status is of an order?
I ordered T-Mobile Rent Free phones/sims last week and basically haven't
heard anything from them or received anything from them.
T-Mobile online billing screwed?19 May 2004 13:48 GMT3
Is it me or is the T-Mobile online billing system completely kaput?
I now can't log in at all to the system (https://selfserve.t-mobile.co.uk/)
Earlier today and for some days now I've been getting messages saying
because this is the first time I've logged in, I need to change my ...

Deal for a 'foreigner'19 May 2004 12:52 GMT21
An acquaintance of mine lives in Italy.
He's coming to live and work in Leeds (not sure if it's permanent or
temporary)
He has an Italian contract mobile (I think) which I presume he'll stop.
