I have an Orange monthly subscription phone (unlocked), but spend most of my time in the USA. I need to receive a few incoming calls when in the USA [1], and make and receive calls when in the UK. I'd need to be able to top-up the PAYG from the USA.

Can anyone please tell me if 0870/0845/0844/0871 calls on 3Pay are chargeable or not? I've made lots of test during the past week and have found that calls to the 0870 and 0844 number ranges are being deducted from inclusive minutes

Use vodafone PAYG and have noticed recently that it seems to be very difficult to obtain a connection. I dial a number - and nothing, retry, retry etc...... eventually a connection is made.
