I am trying to send a picture by email from my O2 phone but it says "sending server not found". I can receive my emails fine using my existing pop3 details but for some reason can't send. Anyone know why this is?

I have just called o2 Customer Services and I have got through within 2 rings of the phone I couldn't believe it considering the hype that has been going on in this NG. I don't see what the problem is?

We have had very bad experience with MR and wondered who else has suffered the same. When you try calling them you are on hold for a minimum of 20mins and when they answer your call they don't even resolve your query.

I have had an 02 SIM ONLY Online Tariff since January and I have requested that 02 cancel the contract. They said that I have to be with them for 12 months before I can cancel. Is this correct? I am sure when I took out the SIM only contract it stated that Airtime Agreement minimum ...

Can some kind person please explain if I can surf the net (via GPRS) with the O2 (PAYG) on-line SIM, the one you top up £10 month for free WAP and 300 texts. I seem to be able to connect and fully surf via dial up on +447712927927
