I am trying to send a picture by email from my O2 phone but it says "sending
server not found". I can receive my emails fine using my existing pop3
details but for some reason can't send.
Anyone know why this is?

How can I make a cheap international call (to the USA from the UK) on my mobile?

How do you browse the net using your phone with infra-red.  I can connect
using O2 mobile web,  but nothing downloads!

I have just called o2 Customer Services and I have got through within 2
rings of the phone I couldn't believe it considering the hype that has been
going on in this NG.
I don't see what the problem is?

Am about to take out a contract on '3' and see they have launched the
LG 8110 phone which has everything I want apart from Bluetooth. This
functionality will be included in the 'soon-to-be-released' LG 8150
phone, apparently...

We have had very bad experience with MR and wondered who else has
suffered the same.
When you try calling them you are on hold for a minimum of 20mins and
when they answer your call they don't even resolve your query.

I have managed to copy messages from my phone and it's Sim to the
Computer section within EasyGPRS.
I just wondered what happens now though?  Will the messages always be
within EasyGPRS, or is there a way I can just copy them all to Word or

I'm selling my old phone and want to reset it to factory settings, I pressed
what I thought was a reset button but it only reset it without removing the
data.  Is there anyway to do this?

I have had an 02 SIM ONLY Online Tariff since January and I have requested
that 02 cancel the contract. They said that I have to be with them for 12
months before I can cancel. Is this correct? I am sure when I took out the
SIM only contract it stated that Airtime Agreement minimum ...

Can some kind person please explain if I can surf the net (via GPRS) with
the O2 (PAYG) on-line SIM, the one you top up £10 month for free WAP and 300
texts.
