Upgrade's on OVP Virgin10 Jun 2004 21:00 GMT4
Just realised I have a un-used OVP Virgin SIM, well, I've spent about ?3 on
it in last year, but...
Would it be worth seeing what upgrade I could get?
Am I likely to get *anything*?
Opening up a nokia 621010 Jun 2004 20:49 GMT7
OK.  I have my T6 screwdriver and I've removed the 4 screws, but it still
won't come apart.  What else do I have to do?
I'm replacing the front cover as I managed to break the lens, so I've
decided to give the phone a new look and replace the entire front cover.
Sharp GX10I From Vodaphone on Orange PAYG?10 Jun 2004 19:50 GMT1
I have a Sharp GX10I  from Vodaphone that is just out of contract. I
want to change it to a pay as you go on the Orange network. I notice
they have a sim for £9.99 but i am not sure it will work with the
phone.
Definitely happy with Orange10 Jun 2004 19:42 GMT21
I recently left O2 to join Orange (about a couple of months ago) tempted by
the prospect of having pretty much the same contract with a few extras (2
for 1 cinema etc).  I'm on the £30/month, 200 anytime/any network minutes,
500 texts.
Orange PAYG: Porting out10 Jun 2004 18:29 GMT4
I'm in the process of porting out of Orange PAYG and was wondering if
my SIM is just disconnected after the number is transfered. I only ask
because I have an original OH pack paired to the sim which may be of
use to someone. Presumably even if they will re-register the sim with

Thanks.
Bluetooth problem10 Jun 2004 11:27 GMT2
Is anyone aware of any compatibility problems between the T630 and the
HBH35? I can't get voice dialling or voice answering to work, although the
headset works fine using the button.

I own a gx20 unlocked mobile, I can put an O2 sim in and make calls,

Incoming SMSes from abroad still being blocked?10 Jun 2004 07:24 GMT4
In the past incoming SMS messages from some foreign countries were
sometimes not accepted by UK mobile operators.
Is this still happening?  Does it depend on the UK mobile operator?

Another question, sorry...10 Jun 2004 00:32 GMT1
As I said in my previous post, I have an o2 Online 200 sim only contract,
which I use in my Sony Ericsson P800.
I have downloaded the settings from the web site - the O2 Active one.
When they didn't work (no GPRS or MMS... when I try to retrieve a webpage
