TXT messages. Many of them fail to deliver.

I have just received my new V600 - but - following the instructions in the
guidebook for selecting and wallpapers takes me to a dead end - ie I go to
Settings - select - Personalise - select - scroll to Wallpaper - select -
then it says there are none - same thing when I go to ...
