Is the only way to cancel my Orange account to phone them up?  I gave up
after 15 minutes on hold.  Orange used to be easy to get hold of early
evening.

I was recently mugged and they took my 3510i. I gave the IMEI to the
police and Virgin who blocked it.
Am I right in thinking that the IMEI is not changeable in the 3510i,
that it is somehow encrypted to prevent it being changed? obviously
