I am curious to hear from people who have been with Three for some time (maybe 6 months or more). Has their customer service improved? Do you have reasonably good connectivity throughout London? How about internationally?

When I got my new phone on an upgrade from O2 in Feb, I was also sent a new SIM. When I put the SIM in my phone is says 'SIM inactive'. My current SIM is a really old Genie one and on the screen on my T610 it still says BT Genie so I thought it might be worth using the new SIM.

People, I have just got myself a 7610 on T-Mobile, and want to get it unlocked. Firstly, can it be done by code? (when I try another SIM it just says "SIM not valid", but I can type numbers in - would an unlock code go here?),
