Does anyone know of any tariffs other than O2 Online that are off peak until 8am
during the week?
o2, ffs07 Jul 2004 07:37 GMT8
Here's my story-
Recently got an O2 Online 200 contract, sim only. Changed the number over to
my old o2 PAYG number. Couldn't send any MMS messages or get on GPRS web
(dial up WAP is fine) - I don't know if it worked when I had my temp number
Orange and Direct Debits07 Jul 2004 07:30 GMT10
Orange never cease to amaze.
When you want to change your DD date, they refuse saying their system
isn't up to the task.
I've cancelled my DD for one month because the money wasn't there, then
V600 Crack Repair Update07 Jul 2004 02:47 GMT3
Got my phone back last week.  Took about 2 weeks rather than the quoted 5
days but I'm pleased to say the front facia has been replaced under
warrantee.
Expected to have to argue my point but there was no problem.
PAC codes during a contract?07 Jul 2004 02:43 GMT2
I am considering moving to a different network provider.  I cannot
tolerate the lousy technical and customer service of my current
provider any longer.
I understand I can request the PAC codes.  Can I do this while I am

I have a sim-free Nokia 3510i on Orange - anyone have any ideas why when
I switch on the phone it says Orange, but after a GPRS WAP session it
switched to UK Orange?
orange PAYG upgrading06 Jul 2004 22:46 GMT7
My current phone battery is not holding charge, it seems cheaper to go
for another PAYG phone than replace the battery. Can I just by another
PAYG phone and swap my existing SIM.
Thanks
T610 SIM in a P80006 Jul 2004 21:48 GMT1
Looks like I might have a spare P800 on my hands if the current holder
upgrades to a P900.
Will my T610 SIM work in it?
Just a thought.
Orange Upgrade - Tariff Question06 Jul 2004 21:34 GMT1
My square deal (200 anytime x-net mins + 500 SMS/month) with Orange is about
to come to an end in a month or so and I am looking at my options.  If I
decide to 'upgrade' before the end of the 12 month period does anyone know
if I will be able to simply upgrade on that same tariff ...

All I want is Orange to SELL me a phone - is it really THAT difficult?06 Jul 2004 21:10 GMT7
The story so far (longish):
Company FD starts business account with Orange through Carphone
Warehouse in London some time in past.
Biz account grows to 13 phones. FD now fed up with dealing with ‘admin’

623006 Jul 2004 20:52 GMT6
I've a 6230 on Vodafone, and I've noticed that when I get an SMS when the
key pad is locked the envelope stays on-screen even when I have read the
message. Is anybody else getting this?
I know it's a little problem, but it's getting to be a pain in the arse.
Pagers06 Jul 2004 20:49 GMT3
I have some Minicall pagers which have phone numbers on them which are
unobtainable. I guess at some point in the past you would have rung the
number and left a message to be sent to the pager.
Can these be re-connected? Are they worth anything?
