I'm currently on SquareDeal 200 on Orange with a T610. The 12months of this
contract end in about two weeks, and I was wondering what happens then.

My daughter recently took the new faster link from Plymouth to
Santander and was impressed with GSM coverage which she claimed was
almost continuous.  She's a bright young lady (12) but I did have my
doubts until my Orange bill arrived today.

I have recently bought a VirginMobile PAYT SIM, and wanted to port my old
Vodafone PAYT number.
I got my PAC number from Vodafone, gave it to Virgin, and received a letter
from Virgin giving me a date when the port should take place, so far so

As the only reason I'm on three is for the cheap call package, I'm
considering locking the phone onto GSM for better stability. I can do
this via the manual network selection menu. Here I have a choice
between '3 3g' and '3'. Selecting '3' gives me a GSM service.

Does anyone know which is better?  I can't seem to find much information on
the GX-15.  I've been told it's the same technology as the GX 30 but with no
'flip'
