The phone book is locked (Nokia 6230)24 Sep 2004 03:43 GMT2
My friend has entered a password for the phone book on my Nokia 6230.
The phone is working but it asks for the password when accessing the
phone book(contacts). He doesn't remember the password at all. Can
anyone help me to unlock the phone, please.
PTT How does it work?24 Sep 2004 00:34 GMT5
Do you need a new phone / plan ?
In laymans terms, what do you do, do you literally push a button to talk
to another phone, is it a special button ?
Or is it one particular button on all phones?
Mobile Tracking for a sponsored run24 Sep 2004 00:26 GMT3
I've been looking into Mobile phone location services, so that friends
can track me during a sponsored motorbike ride. I was getting
discouraged, since most services (trackamoble, mapamobile, etc) seem
to be geared towards a user account that registers numerous mobiles,

All,
My girlfriend requires an Orange contract, due to an increase in call

Orange - Changing Tariffs/Upgrade23 Sep 2004 20:51 GMT4
I will be due to finish my orange contract in a couple of mon    ths. I
don't use the phone particularly much, but just enough to get value
from the contract. As it is a £15 a month contract I don't envisage
that Orange would be particularly generous with an upgrade. Could I
6230 BT Issues23 Sep 2004 20:28 GMT1
I have been asked twice in the last week to look into connectivity problems
with two different 6230's and PDA/Laptops using GPRS/Bluetooth.
They pair fine but gprs connections either fail to connect or disconnect
after only a short connection.

Orange Retail Birmingham23 Sep 2004 20:18 GMT10
Has anyone left their handset with this store for repair?
I think they have lost all the handsets and are trying the water ingress
line hoping that the customer will 'forget 'about it getting a new handset.
OCS are investigating.....

Does this exist, Phone + MP3 player + 1 megapixel camera?23 Sep 2004 12:24 GMT3
I'm after a phone that also has MP3 player (playback in stereo unlike 7610)
and 1 megapixel+ camera (i.e. photo's that I can actually use).
The Sharp GX30 comes close but doesn't have the little niceties like speaker
phone or good Bluetooth connectivity that would make it ideal. A ...

Text Saver on 450 option 323 Sep 2004 11:35 GMT4
I just managed to register a Text Saver card on 450 option 3, but it did
state it was Out Here, my balance was increased by £5, and it said
something about 3 free texts per day, didn't quite catch that bit
So it looks like you can still register, but 3 rather than 5 texts per
