Can someone please tell me the postal address (or fax number) of the department I should contact to cancel my O2 online contract? Have been trying for over a week now to speak to them on their 0906 302 5151 number but either engaged or just rings out.

I've currently got an Orange contract, £10 per month line rental on the hs data tariff. It's got until next march/april to run. I don't really use the contract now so how would i go about transferring the contract to someone else, what would need to be done and what, if any

Spotted by my girlfriend on a bus. A teenage girl texting on a mobile phone - the phone was pink and shaped as a compact (ie a flip, probably). Any ideas?

I just gota SE K700i and Belkin bluetooth thingame. I've installed all the SE software and Belkin drivers, and there are several problems. The phone seems to connect to the PC ok and the remote control desktop works (I can move the mouse around with the phone! Pretty cool). ...

I have an XDA on a pay as you go from O2 when I bought the sim recently I told the O2 shop I wanted to use wap and GPRS. Now I find I cannot use GPRS unless I have a contract. Having just bought the XDA I don't really want to buy into a contract.

I am trying to find a way of downloading the phonebook of my Nokia 6130 (Orange Nk 702) to my computer using the infra-red connection. I've tried Oxygen Phone Manager but it won't work saying the IR connection is not standard. Please, can anyone help me?

I am planning to dump my T-Mobile contract in favour of Orange. Reasons include better deals for switching networks and the SPV500 which looks like a great phone and is free. The two options are to go to an Orange shop or to get from a reseller.

I am looking for a better deal for a teenager who does a lot of texting. At the moment she is spending £20/week on Vodafone pay as you talk smartstep and I am sure you will know of a better deal. Her phone is unlocked if she should change to another PAYT network.
