My Orange HSD tariff contract ends at the end of the month, is it worth holding on to. I was thinking of upgrading to the SPV C500.

A friend has just rung OCS about an upgrade and when confirming that she would stay on Talk60 with free care was told that her insurance ran out in July (when the 12 month contract period ended). She is still on Talk60 @ £17.50pm. This should still inlcude Orange Care,

Blast! managed to lock the phone while trying to lock the sim. I used 0000 which I got from the Carphone Warehouse book. Obviously this does not work and cannot get onto BT support. Is there an automated service please?

Trying to solve a problem for a friend who has a T610 on Vodafone PAYT. She has received MMS before but now claims she can't. I know on Orange for example that you need at least 66p of credit to initiate a GPRS session and therefore receive MMS - can anyone confirm if Vodafone ...

Sorry if this has been posted before, but I have just signed up with BT Mobile, and have to say that their customer service wait times are absolutely horrendous. I have had to speak to them twice already this morning to try to get WAP and MMS working on my phone and each time

Sorry to have to post this here but I cannot seem to find a straight answer to this from O2. Using one of the O2 PAYG on-line sims that gives 300 texts if topped up by minimum of £10 per month. Seems straighforward enough.
