We have a O2 mobile contract tariff (old Genie one) and the phone has been stolen. O2 have blocked SIM etc and are sending out a new SIM. All well and good but we need a phone to put the card into (for various reasons we are are not claiming on insurance).

Over the last little the phone keypad of my 9210e has become unreliable. It has now got to the point where I have to try several times to get the '1' and '2' keys to work. So I range Orange and they said they would send a replacement.

I posted this some time ago (2004-08-25) and got no joy. I'll try one last time and if I don't get a response I'll figure nobody knows. Has anyone had confirmation (based on a bill) that Virgin GPRS charges are the same internationally as they are in the UK?
