27 August: rang o2 online, gave them PAC code so I could port my old o2 number in. They took the details, and told me it would be ported the following Friday (3 September). Guy rang me back and reconfirmed the PAC code because he took it down wrong the first time.

| Using "calling cards" feature on SonyEricsson T610? | 10 Sep 2004 15:28 GMT | 1 |
Um, how do I use the "calling cards" feature on a SonyEricsson T610? Orange's bastardised manual, unsurprisingly, somehow seems to forget to go into any detail on this.. :-( I've managed to get as far as entering the call-thru number details.

| geographical fax number for orange? | 10 Sep 2004 02:16 GMT | 9 |
Does anyone have the geographical (not 0845 or 0870 for example) fax number for Orange? They will only give me the 0870 number and I don't see why they should profit from me faxing them a complaint. Thanks.

| Cheap but good mobile phone with modem? Recommendations? | 10 Sep 2004 01:48 GMT | 9 |
I'm after a PAYG (Orange network) phone that has a built-in modem. Phone doesn't have to be brilliant but for various reasons I'd rather buy a new one instead of second-hand. Doesn't need to have a colour screen or anything flashy, just as long as I can use it with Orange

I've seen quite a few posts about the Orange equivalents to the Three "Videotalk 500/750" tariffs - the so-called "Select 500/750" tariffs, only offered by orange customer retentions department if you're a lucrative customer (or they have high churn that month) and you're
