Does anybody know if it's true that 0800 numbers are free from all
German mobiles including pre-paid, except those on the E-Plus network?
Also, is this information published anywhere? I can't find any details
on the operators web sites.

OK, I know it's old but...
My C35i has started turning itself off.  It seems to thing that the battery
is flat as it bleeps madly then turns off.  Since it is on the charger at
the time this is rather strange!

I'm travelling in the Republic of Ireland soon.  Can anyone tell me if
it's possible to buy a PAYG SIM card over there for local calls only,
rather than pay roaming charges from my UK provider (Virgin).

I just upgraded from an SPV (the old old one!) to the new C500. Picked it up
at Orange store on Oxford Street for 79.99 on Saturday. Must say I am very
impressed, so much faster than my old one, nice large bright screen, much

I'm after a Nokia 6230 and have read tales of the networks installing
their own firmware which restricts/alters the functions of the phone.
Do all the networks do this or are some better than others? I'd like a
phone that works as Nokia intended if at all possible.

Gonna sell my o2 P900,methinks, got k700i and its easier to use.
Its got a feint scratch on the screen and a couple of marks on the casing.9
months old,boxed with everything that came with it plus a 128mb memory card
and official car phone holder.
