Whenever try to call the number back the phone is ALWAYS turned off
How can I tell what network it is and if it is PAYG or contract

I've just got an SE T610 and I'm trying to sync it with my PC using
Belkin USB Bluetooth.
I cannot get the T610 to properly pair with the PC. I usually get a

A long shot I know, but has anybody managed to get a e616v working with
a PDA. I've been playing around with a Palm T2 and can get it to
successfully connect to GPRS, but it fails at the connect to mail the
mail server.

The mast (on top of a college building) serving our locale was damaged in a
fire a couple of weeks ago, resulting in mostly non-existent coverage
