Porting out of then back into T-Mobile?22 Nov 2004 19:20 GMT7
Just wanted a bit of advise on something... Is it possible for me to port a
number out and then port it back into T-Mobile say 2-3 months afterwards?
(I'm waiting for a new phone - MDA Compact - to come out).
Also, who would it be best to port to for that short time? Are there any ...

GPRS?

Recently a new icon has appeared next to a number in my contacts
list, I have looked through the instructions but cannot find what it
supposed to mean. I have even tried going to the 3 website and
use the online handset instructions.

I want to upgrade my Orange phone to a SPV M2000 - I'm currently on OVP

can a PAYG sim work in an unlocked phone that has been contract?
K700i Damage22 Nov 2004 16:07 GMT2
Unfortunatley Mine is broken after dropping it, the front casing and
back casing and batter cover fell off and I've lost the buttons either side
of the phone but the keypad and everything remains intact, as does the front
casing, back casing and charger cover and battery.

I get the contract can I port my PAYG number into the contract? Is it
possible?
Singlepoint refusing to give me a pac code...22 Nov 2004 11:24 GMT3
Called Singlepoint to ask for a PAC code a couple of weeks ago, they
said they couldn't do that until my contract had expired.  My only
option was to pay off my contract early, which I agreed to and
Singlepoint said they'd send the cancellation documents out.
Dialaphone Repair Service22 Nov 2004 06:49 GMT10
I got a SE T610 2/3 months back from dialaphone.  This morning the
phone refuses to recognize any network.  It comes on and everything
and searches for network but then says no network.  This is the case
with a couple of other SIMS so the problem seems to be the handset.
