new customers. They cite my low monthly spend (£31) and the fact that if I
renew the contract and pay £20 for the phone I won't ...

I believe BT Mobile operates over the O2 network - so does that mean I can
use an O2 simcard in a BT Mobile phone, or are they sim-locked to BT?
Thanks.
Connect via GPRS to ADSL home pc?20 Nov 2004 14:30 GMT8
I have been trying to access a website hosted on my ADSL home pc with my
Nokia 7600 - using GPRS - and have got nowhere.
The website is just a simple test page and JPG image which my 7600 can
access perfectly when hosted on my Pipex webspace.

My son who is on PAYG with O2 is looking to upgrade his phone. He sends lots

porting a number to orange20 Nov 2004 11:19 GMT1
is it still the case that you can port a number onto an existing orange
contract at anytime?  I was sure that I read somewhere that they might be
stopping this but might have just imagined it.
Any help gratefully received.
