Hello all. A quick question if you don't mind. I have a motorola v550 and am confused. When i siwtch my phone on/off i get a little two tone beep. When my friend turns his motorola v520 (I think thats right) on he gets a nice polyphonic jingle. I thought the difference may be ...

A few days ago I was given a Nokia 6100 and I put in a new SIM. Now on the screen is o2 UK (in text format) - It didn't show when I first got the phone until I sent an operator logo to it then I switched that off but it still shows !!! I wouldn't mind but it is right over the text ...

Hi, my original Orange PAYG SIM shows as 2G in my unlocked 3G phone. 1. What is the likelihood that this sim will be of any use for future Orange 3G services? i.e. could it be upgraded or would I simply require an Orange USIM when available?

Hi, with most of the content on 3 it's made clear how much it costs, yet with some of it, such as the text based news headlines, rather than a price being shown theres like a down arrow or triangle symbol, does this mean it costs anything or is it free?

Some time ago someone posted that if you were leaving another network and had your PAC number, then Voda would send you a free PAYT SIM card to attract your custom. Does anyone have a phone number to ring to get such a card?
