Why don't all the Network providers share the same 3g masts for their
respective networks, or do they?

About 4-5 days after saying I would get a refund for the text problems and
being incorrectly charged I see they have finally done so.  It might have
helped if they did not say "you have been credited" when in fact the credit
did not appear when dialing 453.
