I have a P900 and cracked the screen in it. I was wondering if anyone ever used the O2 gold insurance? What's the procedure and how long does it take to get it fixed/replacement from the moment that I report the problem? Thanks for your help.

Grrrr.... having just purchased a DSS25 docking station for my k700i in order to use the SE update service, I now find that 'your operator has barred the use of this service' (or similar) when I try and upgrade the firmware.

I am on BT. I started to sign up for 1899 online but I got the feeling from some on-screen text that all calls made from my landline would automatically be routed through 1899 in future. Is this correct?
