Orange sales say that it isn't in product testing yet, so no way will they
have them out before Christmas.

Just got my paws on one of these this morning.
Although it's probably not that much different, it *feels* a lot smaller
than the 9210. Corners are nicely rounded and the design of the phone isn't
too insane, unlike a lot of Nokia's other recent phones.

Spoke to Customer Services today (1st time) to discuss the problems
with my original Orange Out Here package charging me for texts.
The advisor I spoke to said that the Text billing platform went down
on the 16th, but is now back & fully operational as from today.

If outside the video coverage does anyone else find that they are unable
to check out how many minutes remain?
I have a book mark which worked initially (as you obviously lose the
link) but now tells me I have no minutes when I'm sure I do!

I'm planning to use Virgin as the middleman in a weird number keeping
scheme! Please correct me if I've got this all wrong, but I'll explain what

can any reader explain in simple terms how systems that track the location
of mobiles work,do they need grps, gps,special sim cards, special phones etc
,how accurate is the track ,etc

I got a sim card for o2 PAYG on-line with the 300 texts and 300 Wap Minutes at
the same time as my missus.  As I was on contract at the time I got given these
sims mine was registered about 6 months after me missus's. She got the 300 Wap
Minutes whilst I got the 1MB GPRS.  I reckon ...

I took out a new contract with O2 with a K700i in mid August and
subsequentley ordered insurance through their website at the start of
November after reading it covered accidental damage as I can be a bit clumsy
with my phone at times.

I just got a Sony-Ericsson Z200 from Virgin (re-conditioned, £40, good
value I reckon), but I can't get the data-cable to work with it at all.
The cable was bought off eBay, cheap but advertised to work with Z200,
I'm now doubting its possible with this model of phone, after ...

Anyone have any experience with this combination? The above phone is
unlocked (permanent) yet will not swap between a 2G sim & 3G usim. I can
maybe get it to choose the 2G when having first replaced the ghost and
battery but on repeated switch off/on it will choose the 3G usim ...

Got this phone on Saturday and am very impressed with it - took out a second
contract, fed up with my broken Motorola and quite frankly didn't want
another one.
Anyhow... my question regards the software.
