I wondering is it possible to upgrade a handset earlier then 12 months?
Even if it means extending a contract while still on the initial first 12 month
contract. I am on the 3 network if this helps.

I've bought a Samsung D500 and unlike most Nokias it didn't come with any PC
software for backing up the phonebook, synchronising calenders etc.
Can anyone tell me what software I can use and where can I get it from?

Got my son one of these for his Christmas. Nice little phone and he is well
pleased. Went to charge it for the second time and it is not charging. Says
that if the battery is completely run down it can take up to 5 mins before
it shows it is charging. But have left it for an hour ...

I just got my new C500 phone today.
Upon powering it up, there is always an 'G' logo on it and was wondering if
this is normal or not. I don't want a large GPRS bill! :)

Has anyone ever used them?  I ordered their cover a couple of months ago and
received my policy with a request to send a proof of purchase.  I

My daughter has been getting nuisance calls on her mobile and land
line. Nothing is said and the number witheld, just the last one to her
land line as 2am ;-(

I see o2 have skanked my money out of my account early this month when I
dont usually make a payment until the 13th (Next bill was due jan 13th) Is
there a reason for this or are they ripping me?

If I bought a mobile from the Link on a higher tariff and then reduced
immediately within 2 weeks of my first bill....I would be liable for the
cost of the mobile? Its just that the SE 700i is free on O2 MAX tariff at
the link. I previously remember the score with SE P900i which ...

Anyone else having problems with this site again.

I'm looking for a new contract phone.  I'm with onetel.co.uk at the
moment and my current phone is faulty so I really do need a new one.
Over the last 18 months I've ended up spending about £25 per month inc
£5 line rental so that's about the amount I'd like to spend per month.

I've tryed to decustomise/remove network branding on my
Sony Ericsson K500(i) and now it will not turn on :(
I've had it on charge for the last 24 hours and it still won't turn on...
Please can anyone help?
