A shop I know is selling the phones, I was wondering what is the difference
with this phone compared to a "normal" UK one?
Would i have any problems using it on o2?

I think this has been posted before but I cannot find it.
I have put an O2 sim into an new Nokia 3510i and the screen symbol for
the voicemail is showing.  The one that looks like a tape reel.
There are no messages waiting.  I'm sure this happened before and was

So, my daughters PC has iRDA on the mobo and I fitted the remote 'eye'
and did actually use it a couple of times on W98SE and her A300.
She's now running XP and (as of today) has a Sony Ericsson T610 and
although we can talk to it via a USB IR dongle we can't seem to see it

About an hour after getting the Sharp GX1 unlocked (from o2) and by
daughter getting used to it it went nust .. screen slashing on and off
..  the shop that unlocked it say go to Sharp, Sharps website day GX1
unsupported by them in the UK .. ;-(

I've been trying, unsuccessfully to unlock my Nokia 7600 that I got
today from the CPW.
Tried 2 different unlockers and 2 different codes and both times I've

Having read www.mobileshop.org tech pages I'm still not clear on one thing.
Can a phone communicate with more than one mast at a time if say you are
midway, equal distance, between two masts or can it only speak with one
mast at a time ?
