have a t610 for well over a year now and also have a p900 for work
I am looking for help in picking a phone to replace the t610 and have been

Can anyone recommend someone who can unlock and de-brand the phone?

The book that came with it says that I should dial *10# to check my balance.
But when I do it just says "Request not complete" on my nokia 3650.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Or should I just phone up O2 and ask them?
