I reset the factory settings on a Nokia 3310 to get rid of a logo, which worked but now the predictive text has vanished. Tried the # key when writing a message but that just gives options for upper or lower case. Any way to get it back?

Went to Orange store on Sunday and was asking about upgrade, prices etc. and when I ask about trade in they said they stop doing that for existing customers. Wondering now have they also stop the "upgrade voucher" where I could go in there, get a voucher now. But not use it

Hi all, I have a new Nokia 6260 on o2 network and can only receive texts from other o2 mobiles at present, I can send to all other networks no prob but only receive from o2 !!! ..... any help or ideas would be gratefully appreciated, thanks.
