Stupid question, but there seems to be no obvious way to remove it to put the sim and battery in, and the instructions make no mention of it. Would anybody mind helping please?

Don't buy a PAYG phone from Argos. I bought one for a nephews birthday When I got it and set it up it would turn off for no reason took it back to Argos who refused to exchange it saying it would have to go back to O2 for them to check it

I notice, during the past day, that when I use my Virgin SIM in a 7600 the network displays as T-Mobile UK and it seems that a 3G network is being used (with distinctively different sound quality). Do Virgin SIMS use the T-Mobile 3G network when used in a 3G phone?
