I have a 6100 that was sourced from O2 and has an Orange sim in it. I used
logomanager to get line 2 working.When any one leaves a message of line 2
the spool symbol does not come up on the phone. I phoned OCS and they tell
me this happens because it was not an orange sourced ...

finally went for a nokia 6230 which fits all the needs ...
with ringtones,etc where are the reputable places to get them as doing a
search on google brings up all manner of outfits and reading small print
of the 'free' ones makes me laugh too much to search any more!

I'm trying to register for the on-line account management for Orange,
but not getting very far- I need to enter my account number during the
process, but I don't have it- I haven't received any bills so far, as
I've only had the phone for a few days!

I have a couple of Alcatel 302's bought in '91 - between them they
have about GBP 40 credit on them - they were unreliable, never got
used etc. I can power them up but one battery won't charge properly
and they are barely usable - they both drop out as soon as they pick

28th of each month.  I am about to send a letter (recorded)

Just mounting a Nokia cark126 car kit for my brother and he's got a cheap
aftermarket antenna which sticks on the inside of the window. I'm trying to
work out which is the best mounting orientation for the antenna - vertical
or horizontal.

settings for MMS and GPRS for Vodafone. I've contacted them firstly,
but they say they don't support the phone so can't give me them out.

Works OK with My vodafone SIM for calls, etc. Managed to get Vodafone Live
page up by manually entering GPRS/WAP settings.
Even though I have set the Vodafone web connection to default. I have the

Am looking at this on the Voda online deal but know nothing of the handset
at all.  I read that there are some issues with Bluetooth and would just
like to ask opinions on the handset before I go ahead.  My Orange contract
is about to end and I just don't fancy any of the deals they ...
