6230 Orange - Won't inform me when I have voice messages17 Feb 2005 07:47 GMT1
Anyone had this problem?
It will tell me when I've missed a call, and who called.  It won't
give me that symbol that I have a voice message waiting.
Is this an option setting?  Or a fault?
Multiple Orange Phones Per Account?17 Feb 2005 07:44 GMT9
My T610 gave up the ghost last night, stupidly because I'm a fairly low user
when I upgraded 3 months ago I got a pretty poor phone for free which I sold
to a family member who is now living the other side of the country.
The Warranty is out and I don't have any insurance on it so ...
Unlockinf  LG821017 Feb 2005 07:11 GMT3
I have an LG8210 (on 3). I am proposing to cancel my contract because
I'm a light user and I'm not getting value from my £25 a month. Can
the 8210 be unlocked to use on, say, Orange so that I can pay by the
minutes used?
Philips 355 - won't switch off17 Feb 2005 00:15 GMT1
My son has just got himself a Philips 355 - very flash, but one little
niggle: it won't switch off! If you do a long press on the on/off/hangup
button (as per TFM) it locks the phone, just as the button below (which
is supposed to lock the phone) does.

Weird Sim Problem16 Feb 2005 22:02 GMT13
I have a problem. Namely that My P900 died for whatever reason this morning
when charging and it's on it's way back to Sony Ericsson Now. I had a Nokia
1100 and stuck the sim from it in there, it was previously on Orange PAYG,
thinking that this would for sure work.

no longer available. Has anyone recently received that?

and conditions?
Nokia Car kits16 Feb 2005 18:15 GMT5
Hi
Just changed my car and there's a nokia kit kitted to this car (I
recognise the connection but cannot place the phone).
I think it's the cradle that was in use before the CARK91 series one.
Number Transfer from contract to PAYG16 Feb 2005 17:57 GMT6
My new job came with a phone so I won't be using my own phone anywhere near
as much, I'd like to hold on to the number (I've had it for 5 years now),
looking around to cheap contracts I can't find anything for less than £15 so
I think PAYG would be better.
"You've made 0 minutes of qualifying calls .....16 Feb 2005 17:35 GMT6
After making or receiving a call with my o2 payg sim, I get a service reply
from o2 which is something like "You've made 0 minutes of qualifying calls
today... etc.."
I would like to disable this, anyone know how ?
Genuine dual sim mobile phones, and or phones with DAB?16 Feb 2005 16:05 GMT1
Does anyone know if any company has plans to produce a genuine dual
sim phone, capable of having two separate sim cards in it and
receiving calls on both, either or none depending on what the user
wants at any specific moment (without having to turn it off to switch
When can I get a Singlepoint PAC number?16 Feb 2005 16:01 GMT4
I just phoned Singlepoint to ask for my PAC number (I will be out of
contract on 15th March 2005) and was told that I could only apply for a
PAC 5 days before the end of my contract (i.e. on 10th March 2005) and
that they would then send it out so I should have it by the 15th March.
Old O contract number to PAYG SIM?16 Feb 2005 15:35 GMT4
I have disconnected from Orange contract about 7 months ago. I wonder if
there is any chance to get the same number on my new PAYG SIM ?  I still
have another contract mobile on the same account as was the disconnected
number.
