Vodafone have agreed to exchange my pretty pink VK530 which has been nothing but trouble since Christmas. I have to choose another one, up to about £150. Slightly more perhaps, if I pay the difference.

I've just tried unlocking a Nokia 7210 from the Orange network. When I insert an O2 sim the phone asks for PIN code and on entering '1234' it next asks for 'security code'. What's this next stage and is there any default numbers I can try ?

OK so I want to access "your Account" on orange.co.uk and it does not work It used to until I ported my old O2 number now I have to re-register but every time I try it fails Registered my wife number and all works OK because she still has her

Is it possible to set up within a phone or with a network operator a block that stops calls or texts being made to your mobile from another nominated mobile number - in other words barring a particular person from contacting you.

Lost my PAYG SIM card on Orange last week, so tonight I gave up finding it and phoned them to see about a replacement so after all the usual who are you stuff he then stops the SIM card so no one can use it, then he says, 'ah you didn't have your phone

I ordered 2 Sony Ericsson K500i's from the Orange website on PAYG on 20th January. They charged me for the phones on the 26th of January, so I have paid for they phones.

I have one of the early O2 on-line 'genie' accounts, which give 50 minutes of off-peak calls to O2 and landlines per day. The latest bill has one item which is a 1 hr 7 min call to an O2 mobile, charged at ~£15. Other off-peak calls to this number are included in the 50 minutes ...
