| New Singlepoint ? | 10 Feb 2005 20:34 GMT | 4 |
After years of everyone having a pop at Singlepoint things seemed to have died down. I just ended my contract with them with no fuss. A single letter to them was followed by a call from retention offering lots of things to make me stay, I declined. 5 days before contract was due to ...

| Bluetooth Headsets and mobile phone radiation - What's the deal? | 10 Feb 2005 20:12 GMT | 16 |
Being a heavy mobile phone user I sometimes worry when I hear all this stuff about radiation. A few years back I even remember Carphone Warehouse's report (contrary to government report) saying that uses a hands free kit (a wired one) actually makes the radiation worse as it ...

| o2 GPRS / EMAIL question | 10 Feb 2005 19:22 GMT | 9 |
I've just set-up an o2 online Pay-as-you-go sim card, which comes with 1MB of free GPRS. I've set-up both the 02 WAP GPRS and 02 MMS, and these appear to be fine and I'm able to access the o2 Active pages, and also other wap pages (e.g. BBC news).

| Upgrades from Orange shop? | 10 Feb 2005 19:00 GMT | 2 |
How come virtually all the nokia's listed on the orange shop page for upgrade are out of stock? It seems pretty disorganised to allow that to occur.

I bought a XDA IIs in december (from the 02 online shop) and had to return it twice because it occasionally connects to gprs and if it does any page you try and browse comes back as page not found so i've given up on trying to send it back again and just accept that it's

| Incorrect operator/network displayed | 10 Feb 2005 17:02 GMT | 4 |
I have just bought a second-hand Nokia 3310 to replace the 3210 that my wife currently has. Putting her existing SIM card in the phone produced 'Sim card not accepted'. I have now disabled the network lock (Lock 1) and the phone can now receive and make calls.

| Expansys.com and Vodafone Contracts | 10 Feb 2005 15:54 GMT | 2 |
Who do these guys connect you to on Vodafone? Is it Vodafone Ltd? I see they mention the word "Enliven" a lot on their site for related products. Is this some sort of independent service provider? Anyway, I tried contacting the person listed on the site, but I haven't

| Cheapest / MB GPRS SIM card (for internet)? | 10 Feb 2005 15:53 GMT | 1 |
This is to be used with an existing GPRS modem which needs a SIM card. I am currently using the Voda one sold here http://www.mobiledatadirect.co.uk/product_info.php/products_id/1071 which I think is £4 per megabyte.
