Does anyone know how Orange charges for calls made to international 00 800 numbers? - I'm on the Select 750 tariff. I tried calling Orange yesterday and the muppet who answered the phone said that there was no such thing as an international 00 800 number!

I understand the costs for using GRPS in America is about £20 for a MB or so. Bleedin' expensive........ Is there a more economical method? Can you buy SIM cards in USA for our Triband phones and use it for GPRSing?
