When I connect to the internet via my k700 and BT dongle, the best speed I
can get is 9.6K. Is there anything I can tweak to boost this?

2 questions
Just unlocked my Orange phone and put in an o2 payg sim.  Received a txt
from O2 to update my data settings. Does this mean that my Orange ones are
wiped/overwritten or are they held on the SIM and not in the phone ?

I can't get the O2 Online shop to accept an order.  I get as far as
confirming my address, then I get an error page:
