Please could someone point me in the right direction as to where I

I have searched the internet but only found such info on circuits that

My mum rung o2 for an upgrade (shes had her contract about 13months now).
She wanted the K700 which in an email off o2 says its free, however they
want £30 for it!

Is a replacement joystick available and if so is it the sort of thing a
user can replace?  It's just the small black bit that's missing but I

I've tried repeatedly since yesterday to get the O2 website to send the
WAP settings to a T610 (PAYG) but while it says they have been sent
nothing arrives.  Wondered if anyone else was having problems with it or
if anyone knows the settings for configuring it manually?

Where is the best place to get a replacement screen for a Nokia 3510i?
Not sure of the price but the phones new are only £29.99 now, so is it
worth replacing the screen?

Has anyone any idea when Orange will launch the 6680? I have spoken to
telesales and they say "sometime this year".
