The much exhausted old thread on here with excellent instructions on how
to unlock a Nokia 1100 on Virgin, doesn't appear to work on the latest
stock. Anybody had any luck with their's?

I suspect this is a slim hope, but I thought I'd post on the
off-chance, anyway. I'm in the process of setting up a server, a Compaq
Proliant, and in the BIOS menu it has an option to dial a pager when it
has system problems.

Anyone know which network if any can provide two separately billed numbers
on one Nokia handset?
I seem to recall that Vodafone used to provide this service....

My father is on Orange ED50 contract and am overdue for annual upgrade. He
particularly want to purchase the Nokia 9500/9300 or another phone that has
PDA functions and capable of SatNav.  If its not a Nokia he would like it to
be windows compatible.

Can anyone tell me if the Nokia 9300 and the Nokia 9500 is available on
contract on any of the networks?  If not what are the prices for an offline

phone both 0870 and 0844 numbers out of the free minutes.
I know that 02 allows to phone 0870 but not 0844 numbers.

I have managed to "acquire" a phone that has been barred from its network is

Hi anyone know how to get operatelecom to refund my money. Last night I
received a text from them asking if I wanted free text messages. I texted
back no (I know I should have ignored it) and the next thing I knew my
credit had been reduced by £1.50. the text number was 87121 and ...
