My mum's got a really old vodafone phone.  She uses it only for calls and
the ocational text and it's starting to die on her.  She'd asked me to look
into getting her a new phone for like £40 or £50 that she can use he old
simcard in and I just wondered if anyone knew of anywhere ...
Blackberry and IMAP23 Mar 2005 15:38 GMT1
From what I've read, it seems like the Blackberry service supports IMAP4,
but everyone I've read about seems to be using either POP3 or a corporate
email system (Domino or Exchange).
Do any of you use a Blackberry to access your email using IMAP4?  Any

Ideas for using up mountains of free minutes?23 Mar 2005 14:17 GMT2
With all these freebie cashback deals around at the minute, I now have
over 3000 x-net minutes/month to play with on assorted Sim cards
(mainly Three Mobile and a couple on Orange) after selling the phones
on Ebay. There must be lots of people on here in a similar position.
watchdog, nicky campbell and 3, rubbish comes in threes23 Mar 2005 14:08 GMT8
Watchdog is a rubbish programme. Tonight's programme proved this statement
when they were covering how poor three mobile are for handsets and customer
services. We all know their service is poor. The programme added nothing to
the case and provided no solutions to the problems.
Varying Signal23 Mar 2005 12:31 GMT5
Can anyone suggest why the signal to a mobile phone should vary whilst
the phone itself remains in one place?
I've noticed the signal strength bars occasionally changing from a
full strength signal to minimum and then changing back again as though
Virgin OVP SIM upgrade23 Mar 2005 10:07 GMT4
I have an old SIM with Virgin OVP tariff which was originally purchased with
Nokia 3210. Apparently I need a new SIM for my T610 to make it compatible
with MMS  I was told by the OCS to buy a new SIM for £2.99 online and, when
registering it,  request that my number and tariff are ...
Sony Ericsson K750i23 Mar 2005 09:44 GMT4
I've decided I may as well wait for this phone rather then buy a K700i with
it's lack of memory expansion.
I'm just wondering, how much can I expect this phone to cost on Orange Pay
as you Go when it's released? If it's quite a high price, how quicky do

Is it correct that there is a difference between unlocking and unbranding?
If so can anyone recommend a good place to get both done.
I have a k700i on Vodafone.
Thanks
