Has anyone ever heard of Carphone Warehouse not being licenced to sell a phone? This was the excuse used by Carphone Warehouse in Paisley and Braehead when trying yesterday to buy the O2 PAYG Nokia 7260, advertised as available at

Just popped my new 300 Free Text's Sim into my Nokia 3220 but can't connect to WAP or Send MMS Have put all settings in, but just keep getting MMS Message Failed Error or GPRS CONNECTION NOT Available.

I have called various 0800 numbers within my free minutes allowance on Three before. I got my bill today which included £7 (OK, not much but annoying) for dialling some 0800 numbers. Three say that apparently there are two types of 0800 numbers, band 1 and 2.

I'm a bit green when it comes to this non contract phone malarky..so am I right in saying that for easymobile you need to supply your own phone? Which will involve buying a non contract and unlocked mobile? I'm currently with Orange (t610 handset) so I imagine to continue using
