Have the storage capacity of SIMs changed over the last few years? I've got an old Orange SIM (with OVP Virgin) which states something like 10 SMS and 50 Contacts. Have they increased this with new sims? Secondly, can you request a new SIM when you're on a ringfenced tarrif?
