In the past, there uses to be a site which offered the possibility to reply an SMS which has been sent via the Internet. The reply could be read on the internet, and made 2-way SMS possible, if believe MTN offered this service years ago.

BlankMy 11 year old deaf son will be going to boarding school in September. Does anybody know of a provider that offers a cheap pay as you go tariff with cheap pricing for text messages. He will not be able to understand speech.
