Contract phone yours to sell?10 Mar 2005 01:48 GMT3
I have always understood it that when you get a phone on contract it is
yours from day one.  So if you didn't like it you could sell it and stick
the sim in another phone.  Or if you don't want say an upgrade phone you
could sell it and keep the current phone.
Anyone have any experience of www.mobiles.co.uk10 Mar 2005 01:04 GMT2

of dealing with them?
Thanks

RE: NEC e616v - any good (by harrogate2 harrogate2@ntlworld.com).txt09 Mar 2005 22:16 GMT2
The 616v is good for capturing small videos of up to 24 secs, small pics & making voice calls. Don't be fooled into thinking you have to buy ringtunes wallpapers or .gifs, you can download them from your PC. I haven't figured how to get games for free yet, but I'm working on it. ...

I received my phone yesterday (Tuesday), however online billing shows that
they started my tariff Monday, I not going to argue over 91p though. I order
my phone on the Wednesday before, so it took 6 day in total to arrive. When
does my 14 day return guarantee start? end?

Everyphone09 Mar 2005 20:15 GMT4
I've noticed that the recorded message on Everyphone's number from an Orange
phone (330) is back and says that Everyphone is unavailable.
When the "from any network" number is called, 07973-100330, the recorded
message gives you the option to enter your Orange phone number.  I tried ...

Internet access on PAYG09 Mar 2005 17:52 GMT4
As far as I can tell Orange are the only company which will let me have full
internet access via GPRS on a pay as you go account. Is this correct or have I
missed another company? It certainly isn't possible on my O2 PAYG account as I
asked them.
Multi SIMS09 Mar 2005 16:18 GMT2

SIMS and how do they work.  Are they legal etc..  I am asking as the idea of
using same phone for different network appeal to me.
Thanks in advance for any information.

Cancelling contract with Orange..09 Mar 2005 13:07 GMT5
Just cancelled a contract - was offered a PAYG SIM with the same
number to which I agreed. I have to register this SIM to end the
contract. That's OK, but was told the SIM will be delivered in 28 days
(ie. after my notice runs out). Has anybody done this and was there
Porting to PAYG09 Mar 2005 11:22 GMT3
I have aquired an O2 PAYG Sim from a friend and am yet to activate it (I
think I have to top it up with 10 quid or something).
Would it be possible to port my existing t-mobile contract phone number to
this PAYG sim? I already have a PAC code from them. If so, how? And will I
