of 3p texts on my PAYG phone. First I'd heard about it so is this a
known offer. Haen't kept up with latest offers and deals so just
checking before I text back 'Yes'

Is there any way to know in advance how much Orange will charge me as a
roaming visitor to the UK? My network charges "Foreign Network Fees +
15%".
