Need some advice. My 6600 is not booting up. Error message: "Phone startup failed - contact the retailer" That's as far as it gets, I see the word Nokia on the screen but it doesn't request a PIN.

Unlocked on O2, but with no tidy metal box. I thought they all came with the stylish metal box. Also box was not sealed. Anybody else had this problem.

I'm having a problem with caller display on my Nokia 6230. More often than not, a caller's number is not being displayed, despite that number being stored in the phone - there seems no reason for this - I haven't changed any settings so I can't understand why it's happening...
