up untill a few months ago i enjoyed the luxury of being able to use agile messenger and being able to check my pop3 accounts my 02online nokia 7650 , now i cant, both seem to connect, but then do nothing can anyone shed any light on this ?

Do I need to +nn, knocking off whatever prefix like 0 in the UK for a UK number. Or is it only the OK that requires the first digit to be omitted. So if I wanted to call a Greek mobile roaming in UK what should I prefix with if anything ?
