Sorry if this is a stupid question. If I ask for a PAC code to transfer my mobile number to another provider, and then make no use of it, just it does lapse after a period of time. Or is the process irreversible once the PAC is requested?

On my latest bill I notice that my calls to 07744 no longer come out of inclusive minutes and are now charged at 50p per minute! There is also a message from Orange when I phone 07744 advising that the call will be charged at a Premium Rate.

Having just recieved my new upgrade, (V3) again I have been given contradictory advice on how long to charge the phone for the first time. Told originally by OCS to charge for a minimum of 16 hours, then read the Orange manual to learn it should be a minimum of 4 hours.
