Most of these unlock-your-phone-by-codes websites ask for a boxserial ? What is this ? Is it something printed on the original retail packaging, or something to do with Nokia's attempt to prevent "stolen" physical unlocking devices

Wanted to upgrade my O2 online phone to a samsung 500 as my year is up. However O2 say it will cost £250 is that normal? Am I not entitled to a free upgrade?

I was on O2 pay monthly, sim only for a month then found a good deal on 3. Called O2 and told them I wished to end the contract with them. To my surprise they offered a better deal (in my opinion anyway): 750 xnet mins anytime

Does anyone have a list of which Nokia phones have an external aerial connector on the back? & which also have bluetooth? I live in an area with poor reception & would like a phone to connect to an external aerial & use a bluetooth headset in the house.

I'm thinking of getting a Samsung D500 phone, i've always had Nokias but fancy a change. Is it worth having, can it rund the same applications Nokias do or do you have to get different versions? TIA.

Just been turned down by e2save for the excellent D500 offer you recommended (thanks, by the way). Apparently there's a limit of 3 new phones a year per person (not mentioned on the website or the T&C I think).

Voda customer services tell me a new 3G Mobile Connect card is coming out 1st May or thereabouts. It'll be called 'version 4'. Does anybody know anything about the differences, what's new etc? He didn't seem to think it would mean the end to the external antenna which
