I have an Orange 3g Data Card and have called Orange to buy a prepaid 3g
USIM, which they offer packaged with the identical Data Card they sell
themselves.  They say that they won't sell the pre-paid 3g USIM without

.....basically, the thing seems to be getting looser and looser.  I'm not
