I have an Orange 3g Data Card and have called Orange to buy a prepaid 3g USIM, which they offer packaged with the identical Data Card they sell themselves. They say that they won't sell the pre-paid 3g USIM without selling a new data card, which seems strange but ............... ...

.....basically, the thing seems to be getting looser and looser. I'm not happy. What would be the response of Orange if I rang them up and asked them about fixing it/replacing it? Will they be able to sort it out in one of their shops?
