If you run out of credit and top up before your anniversary date, do you
have to top up again after your anniversary date to get you 300 free text
allowance back. Or because you topped up, do they kick in after your
anniversary date ?

Anyone any experience of changing tariff with O2 Online? I emailed them
a few weeks back to change mine today (my bill date). On my bill they
have still charged me for next month at £45 for Online 400 not £19.50
for Online 50.
