As the title says really, a couple of questions about Orange.
First off - Treo 650. When is this due out? Their website has been saying
'available soon' for about 2 months now...

Upon power up of the screen and keyboard flashes 3 times and then
everything goes dead apart from a thin black border around the screen.

Anyone used Google SMS - pretty useful!
However I was sadden to see that my Orange's 3,000 txt a month doesn't cover
it! (even that it's normal text price)
Is this normal?

myV-65 locked to Vodafone, I have a data cable but I'm led to believe you need more hardware to unlock these phones. Would prefer to get someone locally to do it.

Has anyone else had this problem?  I received such a text message out
of the blue, possibly as a result of someone selling my number to a
mailing list.  Apparently the message originated with Opera Telecom
(89170).  

I'm on Everyday 50, and have an Orange Upgrade Defferal Voucher which
reached the 6 month stage about a month ago.  I havn't yet upgraded, as
I've been waiting to see if Orange release the M500 (HTC Magician).
Howver, my T610 is on it's last legs, and I'm wondering whether it is

How do you or even can you, turn off the key tone on the LG c3310.
No mention of it in the manual, just how to alter the tones.

I have a Nokia 6630 (series 60 Symbian OS) which can take six pictures

I imagine that I don't need to warn anyone on a thread like this, but
a colleague has been receiving a number of phone calls on his mobile,
confirming his surname, giving him a reference number and then asking
for his home address and details to "confirm his identity" but won't
