My NEC e313 is showing PIN 1 is blocked Please enter PUK 1. I can not

Just took the plunge and changed over to this tariff, got a text back saying
I had to top up by £15 between the 13/04/05 and the 12/05/05. Those dates
are correct, I did double check with it only being tomorrow.
Jusst topped up by £15 anyway so when will I get the free offpeak ...

I recently took out a sim only contract from O2 and was shocked to see
it close to zero reception at home and at work. Orange is really bad at
home but OK at work. Voda is very good at work, and OK at home.
Seems like Virgin/T Mobile is the only 'very good reception' network at

exactly with, but I want to stay with Orange as I have no problems with

Is there any tool that can give me the location of the nearest
