I need to connect a laptop to (please don't groan too much) AOL when
out and about.
The Vodafone PAYG PCMCIA card seems pretty good value but means GPRS
speeds and paying for data at £4 per MB.  As AOL uses an on-line

I want to sign up to a Vodafone contract, the cheapest available (£15
per month I believe). I have my own phone so I will not be needing a
phone/contract bundle. I'd like to keep my old Vodafone PAYG number
though. Is there a minimum contract period for this kind of thing,

I recently sold an Motorola E1000 on eBay and included a Three Pay SIM
card. I sold the phone OK but then eBay stepped in on the instructions
of Three and closed it (although it had already closed they deleted
all trace of it and refunded my fees ).

I bought an Nokia Bluetooth headset (HDW-3) which comes without its own
charger and the instructions list compatible chargers including the ACP-7
and ACP-12.  This puzzles me because I have both of those and the first is
